1. The instructor shall make his/her services as an instructor available to the pupil for the sole purpose of giving driving tuition at the rate agreed

2. The instructor has the right to substitute another instructor for all or any of the lessons if the instructor is not available for any reason whatsoever.

3.  In the event the instructor is unable to substitute another instructor for a specific appointment, or mechanical breakdown or other cause, the instructor reserves the right to re-arrange the lesson to time convenient to both parties.

4.The instructor will carry motor vehicle insurance covering the pupil whilst driving the tuition vehicle accompanied by an instructor or DSA examinar.

5. The lesson fee shall be paid in advance of each lesson.

6. If the pupil fails to give a minimum of 2 days notice on cancelling any lesson, the pupil shall be liable for the lesson fee in respect of such lesson.

7. The pupil agrees that he/she is duly licensed to drive the tuition vehicle.

8. Lesson fee is still payable if your test is cancelled on arrival to the test centre.
